Todd Leystra, CCA
Being the bridge between the matriarch and the third generation Pioneer Leystra gives Todd the experience and resources to accomplish whatever he is called upon. After graduating high school in 1989, Todd spent the first summer after graduation working as a plumber. Realizing agriculture was his passion, he then joined his dad Al on the farm that fall to help with harvest. At the time Al was the area's Pioneer Sales representative. A few years later Todd bought the business from Al and grew it to where we are today. Todd has the experience to guide growers through every situation and the resources to solve even the most difficult of situations. Todd and his wife Sarah have been blessed with three children and three grandchildren.

Nate Leystra, CCA
As the third generation Leystra to be representing Pioneer Seeds in the Randolph area, Nate works daily to ensure customers needs are being met. Nate spent five summers through high school and college working for a local crop consultant where he learned the basics of identifying pests and working with growers to find solutions for their needs. After graduating UW-Platteville in December of 2016 with a Degree in Agribusiness and minor in Soil and Crop Science, he joined the Leystra Seeds team. Nate's agronomy knowledge, computer skills, and adaptability to varying circumstances make him a great fit for today's challenges in farming. Nate and his wife Corinna are blessed to have two children- one daughter and one son.

Kent Hoksbergen, CCA
Kent's passion for agriculture was cultivated from a young age as he grew up in northwestern Iowa on a cash crop and hog farm. After attending college at Dordt University and working in ag retail in Iowa for the first 7 years of his career, he and his family moved to Wisconsin to be closer to family. Kent then spent the next ten years working for a local cooperative until he joined our team in 2018. Kent's years of experience and ability to learn and solve problems make him a great team member. Growers continue to find value in Kent's ability to carefully and resourcefully make the most of every crop. When not at work, Kent and his wife Sandee keep busy around the house with their seven children.
